Tech Career Track → Group AMAs with mentors, 1:1 mentorship, resume reviews, coding prep, mock interviews, and projects to land your dream IT job.
Higher Studies Track → 1:1 mentorship, SOP reviews, university selection, application prep, scholarships, and alumni mentoring for global opportunities.
Entrepreneurship Track → Hands-on entrepreneurial experience through our YouStarT program.

Eligibility

Open only to engineering students (any year, any branch).
Apply as an individual or as a team (max 3 members per team)
You might or might not have an idea; all that matters is that you want to build something meaningful.

Invite-Only or Strong Pitch

This isn’t for everyone; either you are invited based on your credibility or you earn your spot with a killer pitch on why you want to join the cohort.
- Selection involves a written application + 3 min pitch
- Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed before final acceptance.
- Selection based on mindset, motivation, and potential, not grades.
Sponsorship (one in-person meet-up, sessions, micro grants). We invest in you, so you invest in the work.

Cohort Size Limit

Strictly limited seats (10-12 teams per cohort).

Time Commitment

12-16 hours per week dedicated to workshops, mentor calls, field visits, and project work.

90% Rule

Fall below 90% active participation, and you’re out. No second chances.

You must launch something and make your first rupee within the first month, whether it’s a product, service, or gig. Can be tied to your main project or completely different
