  • About the Role : Content & Creative Associate (Early Career/Fresher)

    This isn’t your regular content job. It’s a canvas.

    We’re looking for a young, creative, and versatile content writter/creator, someone who can switch gears from writing social media captions to drafting impact reports, who can think visually and write emotionally, and who’s hungry to create real change with their craft.

    If you're ready to get your hands dirty, work directly with the founders, and grow alongside a bold team building the future of education , we’d love to meet you.

    What You’ll Do

    • Create engaging content across platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, website

    • Help script reels, build visual stories, and design storyboards for campaigns and events

    • Assist in drafting learning materials, impact decks, and fundraising/partner proposals

    • Capture on-ground action: mentor stories, student voices, entrepreneurship journeys

    • Be the authentic voice of Polygnan: relatable, grounded, and full of heart

    • Collaborate with designers, educators, and young entrepreneurs to bring stories to life
       

    Who You Are

    • A fresh graduate or 0–1 year experience in content creation, design, or communications

    • A natural storyteller whether with words, visuals, or both

    • Obsessed with details, but never loses sight of the larger purpose

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment

    • Eager to learn, grow, and experiment , you're not afraid to try things out

    • Bonus: Experience with Canva, graphic designing, short-form video, social media strategy, or youth-focused content

  • The Role
    As an SDE Intern, you’ll work closely with our CTO and a small, collaborative team to build technology that directly serves students, mentors, and communities.
    You’ll get hands-on experience with multiple stacks, explore the latest AI tools, and contribute to open-source projects that go beyond “just another app” or “another college project for credits”.


    What You’ll Do Here

    • Build features and tools for our platform from scratch

    • Contribute to open-source projects in the tech-for-social-good space

    • Switch between different tech stacks based on project needs

    • Participate in brainstorming, prototyping, and problem-solving sessions

    • See your code being used in real educational and community settings

    • Play around with the latest AI tools (and actually put them into real products)

    • Work closely with the CTO and founders
       

    Who you are

    • An engineering student or recent grad who loves building stuff, gets excited about trying new tools, frameworks, and hacks

    • Has built one application e2e and is good at React and Typescript  

    • Believe technology should be used to create positive change

    • Like small teams, big ownership, and fast feedback

    • Has Hackathon experience, open-source contributions, or impactful side projects

    • Stipend: ₹12K–₹15K/month (based on skills and experience)

    Internship Details

    • Duration: 1–3 months

    • Work mode: Remote (With few in person meetups)

    • Process:

      1. Quick assignment

      2. Vibe check chat ~30 minutes

      3. Technical round ~45 minutes

      4. Maybe a final call ~15 minutes

    The Polygnan Fellowship is a 4-month immersive program for individuals who want to put their skills; technical or non-technical, to work for social good.
    Whether you’re building platforms and tools, designing curricula, managing programs, conducting research, or working alongside community partners, you’ll be part of real projects that impact students and educators in rural and underserved communities.

    Tech Track
