  • We're preparing to launch a new program while continuing to run our existing initiatives. This role is focused on getting these programs in front of more students through outreach, partnerships, and community building, and making sure the experience is a good one once they're in.

    Your scope won't be fixed. It will evolve based on your strengths, and you'll be trusted with real ownership early on.

    What You'll Work On

    • Build and run outreach campaigns for colleges, communities, and partner organizations

    • Identify and reach out to potential mentors, partners, and collaborators

    • Support community engagement for students in ongoing programs

    • Coordinate with students, mentors, and volunteers as programs run

    • Help plan and execute events tied to program launches

    • Take ownership of small outreach or community projects end to end
       

    Who We're Looking For

    • Enjoys learning new things and adapting to different kinds of work

    • Comfortable reaching out to strangers; colleges, partners, mentors, and building relationships

    • Organized and pays attention to detail

    Internship Details

    • Duration: 2–3 months

    • Mode: Full-time, in-office (Bengaluru)

    • Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

    • Stipend: 15K to 25K per month

  • As our programs grow, we're building the systems that help them scale. This role is focused on turning what already works into something repeatable, through documentation, internal tools, and AI-assisted workflows, and helping productize programs like YouStart.

    Your scope won't be fixed. It will evolve based on your strengths, and you'll be trusted with real ownership early on.

    What You'll Work On

    • Build and maintain SOPs, documentation, and internal knowledge bases

    • Support the productization of programs such as YouStart

    • Help design and set up AI-assisted workflows and internal tools

    • Identify manual or repetitive processes and help systematize them

    • Coordinate with different teams to understand and document how things actually work

    • Take ownership of internal systems or tooling projects end to end

  • As Polygnan grows, we're building one of the most authentic student brands in India. This isn't a "post three times a week" social media internship. You'll work directly with founders, students, mentors, and partners to tell stories that inspire, build our social presence, and document real student journeys through content that people remember.

    Your scope won't be fixed. Some days you'll be editing reels until midnight before a program launch. Some days you'll interview students who just earned their first income. Other days you'll travel to colleges, cover workshops, or analyse why one reel reached 500 people while another reached 500,000.

    If you love telling stories that genuinely change people's lives, this role is for you.

    What You'll Work On

    • Create Instagram Reels, LinkedIn content, founder content, student success stories, program launches, behind-the-scenes moments, and community stories

    • Help grow Polygnan's social presence by planning weekly content calendars, writing captions, creating carousels, publishing content, tracking engagement, and experimenting with new formats

    • Champion our flagship Earn Your First Income (EYFI) movement by interviewing participants, capturing transformations, creating challenge updates, highlighting winners, sharing community moments, and turning real experiences into compelling content

    • Brainstorm content ideas, write scripts, shoot with phones/cameras, edit reels, design graphics, publish content, and measure performance

    ​

    Who We're Looking For

    • Final-year students, fresh graduates, or content creators passionate about education, storytelling, and social media

    • Spend too much time analysing Instagram and YouTube

    • Save posts because you admire the storytelling and implement ideas from your saved repository

    • Think in reels and hooks

    • Love meeting new people

    • Enjoy writing and creating creative visuals

    • Notice small details

    • Learn new tools quickly

    • Take initiative without waiting to be told

    • Use AI in your day-to-day content workflow

    • Comfortable working from our Bengaluru office

    • Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools

    • Willingness to learn, experiment, and execute

    Internship Details

    • Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru (In-office)

    • Duration: 3 months (with possibility of full-time)

    • Working Days: Monday – Saturday

    • Stipend: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

  • At Polygnan, we run AI workshops and builder cohorts for students across India. We're looking for someone who can be in the room running a session one week, and shipping our internal tools the next, working closely with the founder along the way.

    ​

    What you'll actually do

    • Run and evolve our workshops and builder cohorts, staying current enough with new tools and models to keep the curriculum fresh.

    • Build things: internal tools, automations, and eventually our own platform (full-stack, and mobile if you can pick it up).

    • Help bring AI into how the org itself works—content, marketing, ops, wherever it saves us time.

    You

    • 2–3 years in a tech company (startup experience is a plus) and are enthusiastic about AI.

    • Comfortable across the AI stack, and can build and ship full-stack and mobile applications, and familiar with deployments on the cloud.

    • Communicate well—strong English, with Kannada/Hindi as a bonus for workshops.

    • Based in or open to relocating to Bengaluru. This is an in-person role based out of our Koramangala office.

  • We're looking for an intern to help us build the tools and platform that power Polygnan from the inside — working directly with the founder — and to help us figure out where AI can genuinely make other parts of the org (like content and marketing) work smarter.

    What you'll actually do:
    - Build and ship internal tools, automations, and features for our platform
    - Explore and apply AI across other verticals in the org — content, marketing, operations
    - Work closely with the team to debug, iterate, and

    You:
    - Some past experience as a software developer intern, or strong projects
    - Genuinely know how to code and debug — comfortable using AI tools, but not over reliant on them
    - Curious, quick to pick up new stacks, and comfortable in a small, fast-moving team
