  • We are looking for a high-ownership Program Manager who can run Polygnan’s programs end-to-end, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure the organization moves with momentum.

    This is not a narrow coordination role. You will be the engine that keeps Polygnan’s programs, priorities, people, and processes running smoothly.

    You will work directly with the founders, program leads, mentors, college partners, and students.

    If you love structured execution, stakeholder management, and building operational excellence in a fast-moving environment, this role is for you.

     

    What You Will Own:

     

    1.End-to-End Program Execution(0->1 -> Scale)

    • Plan, run, and monitor Polygnan’s programs independently

    • Convert concept notes into clear timelines, SOPs, workflows, and checklists.

    • Coordinate with mentors, facilitators, college admins, and students to ensure seamless delivery.

    • Conduct retrospections and build continuous improvement loops.

    2. Organization Operations & Day-to-Day Management

    • Maintain weekly and monthly organisational priorities, trackers, and OKRs.

    • Run internal standups, sprint planning, and reviews (Scrum Master mindset).

    • Ensure timely documentation: minutes, updates, dashboards, and follow-up actions.

    • Manage internal tools (Notion, Sheets, Docs, Forms, Typeform, Airtable or similar).

    3. Data, Documentation & Metrics

    • Track program metrics: engagement, outcomes, feedback, learning indicators.

    • Maintain clean documentation for audits, funders, and internal learning.

    • Build program dashboards and reports for leadership and partners.

    4. Events & On-Ground Execution

    • Lead or support events such as bootcamps, field visits, workshops, community engagements.

    • Manage logistics, vendors, schedules, materials, and on-ground operations.

    5. Process Building & Operational Excellence

    • Create and improve SOPs across programs.

    • Introduce best practices from PM/program management frameworks.

    • Build scalable processes as Polygnan expands to more colleges and communities.

     

    Who You Are (Ideal Candidate):

     

    • 2–5 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or community/education execution roles.

    • Strong ownership mindset: you make sure things get done end-to-end.

    • Excellent communication skills: written, spoken, and cross-team collaboration.

    • Highly organised, structured thinker with strong task management discipline.

    • Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, Sheets, JIRA).

    • Experience with scrum/agile or sprint-based execution.

    • Comfortable with data, basic dashboards, metrics, and documentation.

    • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage environments.

    • Engineering/technical background is a strong plus, given our work with students, makers, AI programs, and engineering colleges.

    • Willingness to work both on-ground and behind the scenes with equal enthusiasm.

    Nice to Have:

     

    • Experience in edtech, social sector, youth-led programs, or startup ecosystems.

    • Experience managing vendors, volunteers, or large cohorts.

    • Exposure to program evaluation, surveys, or data analysis.

    • Conversational Kannada.

  • We are looking for someone who can build and run our community end to end. The role needs someone who enjoys people work, can think on their feet and can execute fast in a small, high energy team.

    Location: Hybrid, Bengaluru (3 days in-person and 2 days WFH)

    What you will do

    • Build Polygnan’s community from the ground up across all key groups: engineering students, school students, parents, mentors, volunteers, donors, supporters, collaborators and ecosystem partners.

    • Design and experiment with fresh community-building strategies from 0→1, creating new formats, campaigns and ideas that spark belonging.

    • Shape and lead the community experience by creating meaningful rituals, engagement formats, and communication touchpoints that keep members active and connected.

    • Run high-quality on-ground and online events that bring the Polygnan community together; workshops, meetups, volunteer activities, learning circles, and flagship engagements.

    • Lead and manage volunteers, interns and ambassadors who support community and event execution.

    • Handle operations vendor calls, coordination, materials, and budgets

    • Keep community channels active, WhatsApp groups, email lists and engagement touchpoints

    • Work closely with founders, marketing and program teams

    • Manage incoming interest from partners, mentors, supporters and maintain a clean pipeline

    • Maintain a monthly community calendar and ensure smooth execution

    • Track basic community metrics and share insights

    Who we want

    • Someone who genuinely enjoys people and can lead conversations with confidence

    • Comfortable handling different types of stakeholders

    • Experience in events or leading clubs teams NGOs or any community facing role

    • Strong execution mindset and comfort with fast moving operational work

    • Strong communication writing calling follow ups

    • Comfortable with on ground work and a startup environment

    • Able to juggle many tasks without losing structure

    Nice to have

    • Volunteer management experience

    • Experience with early stage startups or nonprofits

    • Exposure to large events or community building

    • Basic knowledge of budgeting and project coordination

    • Conversational skills in Kannada

  • We’re looking for highly motivated AI Interns who are excited about the future of Generative AI and want to work on meaningful, high-impact problems.

    This is an opportunity to research cutting-edge AI tools and models, build real automations and applications, and contribute to curriculum and learning experiences that will be used by students across multiple colleges.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Research and experiment with the latest AI models, techniques, and automation tools

    • Develop tutorials, create demos and learning activities for engineering students related to Gen AI

    • Build practical AI automations and internal tools to improve operational efficiency within Polygnan

    • Contribute to our LMS / Fellowship Tracker platform

     

    Who We’re Looking For

    • You have built something with GenAI (a project, automation, chatbot, RAG system, plugin, or an app)

    • Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks such as n8n and langchain

    • Proactive, Self-directed and exhibits ownership and professionalism

    • Bonus: Contributions to open-source and can deploy on cloud

     

    Work Details

    • Duration: 1 month (extendable / performance-based)

    • Commitment: If full-time(40 hours/week); if part-time (20–25 hours/week )

    • Mode: Remote + few occasional visits to Bangalore / Hybrid (prefer Bangalore-based candidates)

    • Stipend: Rs.14000 per month (if full time); Rs.7000 per month (if part time)

  • About the Role : Content & Creative Associate (Early Career/Fresher)

    This isn’t your regular content job. It’s a canvas.

    We’re looking for a young, creative, and versatile content writter/creator, someone who can switch gears from writing social media captions to drafting impact reports, who can think visually and write emotionally, and who’s hungry to create real change with their craft.

    What You’ll Do

    • Create engaging content across platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, website

    • Help script reels, build visual stories, and design storyboards for campaigns and events

  • The Role
    As an SDE Intern, you’ll work closely with our CTO and a small, collaborative team to build technology that directly serves students, mentors, and communities.
    You’ll get hands-on experience with multiple stacks, explore the latest AI tools, and contribute to open-source projects that go beyond “just another app” or “another college project for credits”.


    What You’ll Do Here

    • Build features and tools for our platform from scratch

    • Contribute to open-source projects in the tech-for-social-good space

    • Switch between different tech stacks based on project needs

    • Participate in brainstorming, prototyping, and problem-solving sessions

    • See your code being used in real educational and community settings

    • Play around with the latest AI tools (and actually put them into real products)

    • Work closely with the CTO and founders
       

    Who you are

    • An engineering student or recent grad who loves building stuff, gets excited about trying new tools, frameworks, and hacks

    • Has built one application e2e and is good at React and Typescript  

    • Believe technology should be used to create positive change

    • Like small teams, big ownership, and fast feedback

    • Has Hackathon experience, open-source contributions, or impactful side projects
