Mentor  Circles

Building Bridges from Classrooms to Careers

Mentor Circles is our initiative to create a powerful ecosystem of guidance, growth, and human connection.
Recognizing that many students, especially from underserved backgrounds, lack access to role models and industry exposure, we bring mentors to their doorstep who serve as guides, cheerleaders, and reality‑checkers. It is a psychologically safe space where the whole community can teach, learn, and empower the next generation to express freely and unlock their full potential.

Social Impact Projects

GEC - Our  Engineering Community

Global Engineers Connect (GEC) is the sub chapter of Mentor Circle — it is a network of professionals with engineering backgrounds across the globe working in multiple sectors, motivated to drive positive changes and uplift communities around.

GEC Flagship Initiative : GEC Mentorship Program

Program aims to guide engineering students from rural colleges in India and help them navigate their career paths by matching them with experienced professionals from relevant field.

One of the key criteria for students to access the benefits of the free mentorship program is by participating in social initiatives that support
underserved communities, GEC provides funding for these social causes. The main idea is to instill a sense of social responsibility from a young age.
